Hey, I’m Jo and the Founder and CEO of Jo’s PT 40. I decided to become a personal trainer after spending so much time in the gym and in this time realising how much fitness has helped my anxiety, health and wellbeing. I have been a personal trainer for the past 4 years. I am always striving to maintain my anxiety, health, fitness and wellbeing levels but it is so hard when there is so much that gets thrown at us in life.
I understand that life can be hectic and is often tough on you to find the time for the me time, I have been there myself I have a family and there are days when all I feel like all I do is run around to one club to another dropping the kids off, and I have struggled to find that me time. Now that online training has been thrown upon us you don’t have to find the time to get to the gym, the gym can come to you. I have designed programs to make them enjoyable and you can do them anywhere.
Reaching your goal is about setting realistic goals which in turn boosts confidence, and spurs you on to set the next goal. Little steps wins the race in the end. I am here to help you do that.
Over the years I have worked in several gyms, which is where I have gained my experience. I am a keen runner and find it a great place to clear my head.
With the new challenges we are facing at present there are great ways of exercising. I am purely online based so you do not have to leave the house to meet up with me. I come to you virtually via your laptop or your smart device.
I am a member of CIMSPA which was formally know as REPs which was is the Register for Exercise professionals.
